First of all, I CARE!

For my first three years on the App Store, I personally answered every email sent to me. Over time with the increasing success of my apps, this grew to take several hours a day to answer emails! 

This ended up having a big impact on my ability to continue evolving my apps -- fixing bugs, enhancing and adding new features. So, I have decided to try and limit the number of emails which I directly respond to.

1) The majority of questions you might have are answered in the above User Guide & FAQ's. Please read them carefully before contacting me!

2) I always appreciate feedback. If you have a suggestion for improvement or wish to see a new feature, please feel free to contact me. But understand that I cannot respond regarding what or when new features will be added.

3) I also love praise. If you just want to say thanks, please do so :)
